Coming with a fine small foam, this Märzen was bought by me in a local brew-pub which I used to frequent a lot while I was still actively studying... The unfiltered beauty has a long lasting very fine white foam.
It smells fresh and crisp with some fruity yeasty side tones. Colorwise there is a slight red hue but it is far away from the usual red color a Märzen would have. Like most beers brewed directly at the point of sale it is very fresh and slightly fruity. It's perfect to take the thirst and starts the wish for more.... another favorite I have... a rare gem that I almost had forgotten about.
